Third Grade Teachers
Mrs. Amanda Baldwin has been working with children for the past seven years. Prior to joining the Imagine Family in 2012, she was an assistant director on Ft. Carson at a daycare. She is originally from Valley Center, Kansas (a small suburb of Wichita). Mrs. Baldwin has her Bachelor’s degree from Emporia State University in Education. In her free time she enjoys her quality family time(husband Joseph; creative 15 year old bonus-daughter Alexis; energetic 6 year old son Maximus; and fastionista 4 year old daughter Delilah) working out at the gym, gardening, baking, and reading.
Thanks for checking out my bio! A little about me; I am a Colorado native and have been married to my lovely husband for 24 years; we have three great kiddos and one perfect granddaughter and another on the way!Our niece and nephew are also a new part of our immediate family. Teaching was a second career for me, and this year will be nine years in the classroom. I taught 1st grade and a 4/5 combo in Harrison School District 2 and am thrilled to have been at Imagine Classical Academy in the 3rd grade classroom for six years now. Besides teaching, I love my dachshund, Daisy, my grandbaby, books, traveling, zumba and yoga! I have fun with my 3rd graders and look forward to each new year. Please feel free to contact me by email with any questions, comments, ideas, or suggestions… I appreciate it all! Have a great day!
Hello! I am a native to Colorado Springs. I attended schools District 49 and graduated Sand Creek high school in 2008. I attended the University of New Mexico (GO LOBOS!), where I graduated with my BS in Education. This is my 2nd year of teaching at Imagine! I am so happy and excited to be here at Imagine Classical Academy and look forward to getting to know all my students. Teaching is a true passion of mine and has been something I have wanted to do since I was young. I love to laugh and enjoy spending time with family and friends. I have will be married 2 years in June to my amazing husband Cody who I have actually known since the 4th grade! We just added to our family with a spunky and sweet goldendoodle named Cooper.
